PORTWISE - REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

1. General Policy

All Portwise subscription payments processed by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation are non-refundable except as explicitly stated below.

2. Free Trial (If Offered)

If a free trial is provided:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • Subscription automatically begins after the trial ends unless canceled before expiration.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be granted only for:

  • Duplicate billing.
  • Verified billing errors.
  • Technical malfunction preventing access to the Service.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Investment losses.
  • Dissatisfaction with analytics results.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.
  • Partial subscription usage.
  • Market performance outcomes.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
