PORTWISE - REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 16, 2026
1. General Policy
All Portwise subscription payments processed by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation are non-refundable except as explicitly stated below.
2. Free Trial (If Offered)
If a free trial is provided:
- You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Subscription automatically begins after the trial ends unless canceled before expiration.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be granted only for:
- Duplicate billing.
- Verified billing errors.
- Technical malfunction preventing access to the Service.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the charge.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Investment losses.
- Dissatisfaction with analytics results.
- Failure to cancel before renewal.
- Partial subscription usage.
- Market performance outcomes.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
